Choose the permissions your project asks for
Your project can only request permissions. Nothing can be forced: when a player signs in they see every permission you asked for and can switch any of them off, and the risky ones start switched off. A block whose permission was declined stops with a message telling the player to sign in again.
Developer best practice: only tick what your project really uses. Fewer permissions means more players say yes. Blocks check their permission when they run, so build your project so it copes with a player having declined something.
